Steve Shaw
Founder
Steve Shaw was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville. Previously he was the Outreach Director for the Boy Scouts. He has a great passion for mentoring youth and is currently the President of “Boys of Color Rise.”
Denita Wright
Marketing Director
Denita Wright is a multifaceted professional with expertise in secretarial work, editorial tasks, marketing, and fundraising. She has a passion for the arts, evident in her creation of flyers, banners, and her talents in songwriting and poetry. Denita has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills by founding and directing a weekly radio program aimed at empowering youth to become future leaders. This initiative originated from her long-standing commitment to youth development through "The G.O.D. Project" (Children in Partnership for Growth Over Destruction).


Sahlim Mustafa
Director of Training & Development
Sahlim Mustafa, known as Mustafa, has an extensive background in initiating and managing inner-city youth programs. He holds a BA in Social Psychology and an AA in Business Administration, and has over 25 years of ministerial experience. Mustafa served 10 years in the military, with assignments in Germany, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, and has 12 years of law enforcement experience in Baltimore. Currently, he is the Director of Training and Professional Development for The JPI Group.

Samuel Nwosu
Program Director
Samuel Nwosu is a dedicated software engineer and an active volunteer in the community, contributing to organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). Upon achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, Samuel embraced the challenge to give back to the community and mentor others, recognizing the pivotal role his mentors and community support played in his own success. Since then, he has committed himself to being a positive role model and a guiding light to everyone he encounters.
